What is Energy Healing?
Energy healing is the holistic practice of bringing balance to the energetic centers within and around the body. This is accomplished by activating the body's subtle energy centers, removing energetic blockages, and restoring balance. When the body is in energetic balance, the ability to self-heal is stimulated.
Our energy field can become sluggish, blocked, or disrupted by many factors throughout our life. This includes illness, surgery, food, toxins, trauma, and daily stress. Many people find that working with an energy practitioner on a regular basis promotes ongoing healing and a sense of inner peace.
How does Energy Healing benefit me?
There are several benefits to balancing the body’s energy field, including healing dis-ease, restoring balance into one’s life, and an improved overall sense of emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. Many people experience a reduction in anxiety and depression, as well as increased feeling of inner peace and clarity.
Energy healing works well on its own and can also be used in conjunction with traditional medicine practices. It is always recommended to talk to a physician if you have any medical concerns prior to scheduling an energy healing session.
How does distance Energy Healing work?
Quantum physics has proven what energy healers have known for many years: Energy is not confined by space or time, as all things and beings are interconnected.
What this means is that Energy Healing works great over distance!
After booking a session, you will receive a confirmation email with a Zoom link. At our scheduled appointment time, we will meet online through Zoom. We will set intentions for your session and then I will begin.
What do I need to prepare for my session?
Before our session begins, find a quiet and comfortable place to sit or lie down. I recommend wearing comfortable clothing and having drinking water nearby.
When our session begins, we will talk briefly about your intentions for healing. Then, you will relax while I do the rest.
After the session is complete, be sure to drink plenty of water and honor your body's needs for the day. Most integrations happen immediately after the session. I encourage you to spend time in a quiet place. Meditation, taking a walk in nature, or just relaxing are great ways to allow the energy to fully integrate after a session. It may take days or even weeks to fully integrate the energy you receive.
