In this healing meditation, Laura will channel high vibrational Source energy to you for your highest and greatest good. She will balance and clear the 7 main chakras, starting with your crown chakra at the top of your head and ending with your root chakra at the base of your spine.  She will end the session with grounding, so it is important to finish the meditation. 

During the energy healing portion, you may or may not feel the energy. It is common to fall asleep. Some people receive visions or see colors. It is also normal for emotions to arise as they leave your body. 

You may come back to this meditation as often as you like to keep your energy clear and balanced. Remember to drink plenty of water after this healing.
